Since we defined the paper specification in 2002 and wrote the software to support this format we have not changed the label specification, size and location. You can be confident that if order paper from us it will be exactly the same in the future. We have an inhouse Software Development Department that write all of our software and we are always improving our existing software and creating support for additional software packages and websites. All the software to use with our paper is free when you buy the paper. | Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. Regular customers can also choose to pay by cheque or BACS, cheques should be made payable to Mole End Ltd. |
| Shipping And Handling Deliveries for orders placed by 2pm in the Mainland UK are usually dispatched the same day on a next day service, Paper samples are free to the UK. UK Off Shore Islands and other countries can take up to 5 working days to arrive. |
| Back Orders We have large stocks of all of our paper so you can be sure that when you order the paper it will be despatched the same day (if ordered before 1pm). |
| Tax Charges We charge VAT at 20% to European Sales, if you are VAT exempt, please tick the VAT exempt box during the checkout. If you are in the EU (and outside the UK) you can also tick the VAT exempt box, but please include your country's VAT/TAX number. |

| Guarantee We guarantee all of our paper for 12 months from purchase. This includes how the labels peel, stick and are printable. Every box of our paper is traceable from its production to delivery. If you need to contact us about any of your paper please state the batch number and unique box number (which is printed on the side of every box). When you purchase paper from us you are entitled to use the supplied software with the paper that you have purchased from us. You are issued with a new license every time you purchase paper from us. Your license expiry date should automatically be extended if you have paper left that you have purchased from us. If you have paper left and your license has expired please contact us. You are sent a new license each time you order paper. |

| Privacy Policy Integrated Labels - Mole End Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to: a. Online Orders We collect your name, address, telephone number and email address so that we can send your order to you. This information is not shared with anyone else during this process. The exception to this is if you have explicitly asked us to contact you in relation to an issue or marketing information. Payments by cards are not handled by us, you will be directed to either PayPal or WorldPay. We can never see or have access to your card details. Telephone Orders We will enter your name, address and contact details into our system for you so we can process your order and send the items to you. This information is not shared with anyone else during this process. We retain this information electronically, so that we can respond to any queries regarding your order. We will only contact you in relation to your order. The exception to this is if you have explicitly asked us to contact you in relation to an issue or marketing information. Payments by credit/debit cards are handled by WorldPay (not us). We enter the details provided by you into the WorldPay Terminal and are not held for longer than confirming payment. After this we can never see or have access to your card details. All orders are processed on secure (SSL) encrypted websites. All software is digitally signed and authenticated (which verifies the integrity of us and that the software hasn’t been tampered with since it was signed). Order information is stored on password protected computers, with the latest anti-virus, behind multiple firewalls. The computers are only used by our trained staff. NOTE: No payment details are ever stored. You can contact us at anytime to ask for your details to be removed from our systems (note this may result in software no longer working or you getting support). The features available that should be setup and used are: 1 Create a secure Windows login (using a phone or valid login name and password), 2 Windows should automatically encrypt all your computer's drives' data (to AES-256 security level). If this is not enabled or configured this should be turned on or configured to do so. You can also use Bit Locker or install other third party drive encryption (some free) such as VeraCrypt or AxCrypt to achieve this security level. 3 Install and maintain Anti-Virus software (which will also have additional features to protect your data and personal details). 4 Turn on Windows Firewall or your Anti-Virus Firewall. If internet access is achieved by using a Broadband router this will normally come with additional firewall software and configuration. Make sure these are all turned on. |
| Returns Policy If you are not happy with your purchase you can return your IL1, IL2 or IL2P paper to us. You must return the paper within 14 days of receiving it and you must pay for the return postage. You should contact us to get an RMA number before returning any items. We would like you to return the boxes in a resalable condition (as delivered). Please can you return the unopened boxes still in their original packing boxes (i.e. the outer box). The boxes of paper should have no writing or stickers on. We can only accept goods with the relevant RMA. If we are happy with the condition of the goods then we will issue a full refund for the price paid minus any additional outgoing postage charges (if applicable). We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee once the orders have been cancelled after being despatched (or processed for despatched)). You can also cancel your order within 14 days of purchasing the paper as long as you have not used any of the paper. You should return the paper to us in a saleable condition in the original packaging (using the outer box that our paper is sent in). You will then receive a full refund for the price paid for the paper (not including shipping costs that have been used to send the paper to your location). You are also responsible for the return shipping costs. |
